Czech Emergency Health Insurance
Important: Emergency Health Insurance only offers urgent / acute care coverage (in case of an accident etc) but no coverage for normal non-urgent visits to the hospital, doctor or dentist.
In case you also want to be insured for normal visits to hospital, doctor or dentist then the Emergency Health Insurance is not sufficient, instead take the 'Complex Care' Insurance.
Important: Most embassies only accept emergency health insurance for tourist purposes, but not for any other purposes of stay! Please check with your local embassy, or avoid problems and take the 'complex care' health insurance right away.

STANDARD emergency coverage (CZ only)
- Sum insured 1.500.000 CZK, (in case of a possible change of the exchange rate of €, the insurer guarantees to provide a minimum cover in the amount of € 60 000), per incident 1.0 M CZK, repatriation expenses limit is 400.000 CZK.
PREMIUM emergency coverage (CZ + Schengen)
- sum insured 2.000.000 CZK, (in case of a possible change of the exchange rate of €, the insurer guarantees to provide a minimum cover in the amount of € 80 000), per incident 1.25 M CZK, repatriation expenses limit is 400.000 CZK.
It also includes coverage of all the Schengen territory.

- If you change from 'emergency' to 'complex care'
- In case your visa (extension) is refused (official document required)
The refund will be sent to your bank account after filling in a refund form.
Money is not refunded in cash at the insurance agent.
